For organisations that want their managers actively developing capability.

  • Monthly 90-minute case-based clinic
  • Up to 12 managers per cohort
  • Real situations, worked through live with Steve facilitating
  • Follow-up resources for each session
  • 3-month minimum

Best for: Organisations with a manager layer (10+ managers) where capability is the bottleneck.
